What makes your skin age? What affect the skin??.. How to get rid of those lines, spots and dullness??

Babies have the quality of youth skin!
Babies always have smooth and soft skin that is wrinkle-free and moist. Over time...harsh elements in the environment wear on the skin making it dryer and rougher. UVA and UVB radiation from sunlight thin the epidermis which is the outermost layer of skin. They also contribute to a faster breakdown of collagen in the dermis which is the middle layer of skin. Slowly... lines, wrinkles, spots, dullness and sagging appear as the results of aging process,, Good Skin Care can slow down the harmful effects of time and the environment.
Good skin care requires a lot of effort. A regime of cleanse, treat, moisturize and protect should be followed everyday in order to be effective. Cleansing is essential to remove dirt and dead skin cells. It helps to prevent pimples or acne. Cleansing, however, can dry out the skin. Cleansing removes the oil on the skin, which retains moisture. As a result moisturizers are needed to restore water to the skin and protect the skin. Avoiding exposure to the sun and tanning is ideal to prevent the harmful effects of radiation. Application of sunscreen with a minimum SPF of 15 is helpful as well. Smoking should be avoided. A healthy diet is beneficial in improving the elasticity of the skin. Drinking water is essential to good skin care. Water helps the body function better. It also cleans the pores from the inside. It re-hydrates the skin, which helps the skin stay moist. Keeping good habits in addition to good skin care will help the skin age gracefully and beautifully.

These are the 8 things that affect your skin:
Skin is your body's largest organ!!

  1. Environment: sun exposure; free radicals; pollution; heat/cold; computer screens
  2. Diet: proteins; fats; carbohydrates; supplements; water=life
  3. Hormones: oil production; pregnancy; PMS; menopause
  4. Age: dehydration; less collagen and elastin; slow cell turnover
  5. Drugs: alcohol; caffeine; nicotine
  6. Health: exercise; sleep; illness; immune system
  7. Emotions: anger; sorrow; stress
  8. Heredity: skin type; coloring; genetics
Looking after your skin is the foremost important step in achieving beautiful and healthy skin.

  • People who have Normal Skin: So lucky..even though your skin is not too dry and not too oily, you still absolutely need good skin care products which will help improve  texture, clarity and also help with occasional dry patch. You've known by now what affect your skin. My recommendation: fresh Soy Face Cleanser; SEPHORA Instant Moisturizer
  • People who have Dry Skin: Your skin gets flakey? Pores feel tight? Fine lines and wrinkles seem more obvious? Yes!! ..you need good skin care products to help you hydrate the skin, reduce those fine lines & wrinkles and open up the pores! My recommendation: Josie Maran Argan Cleansing Oil is a very nourishing argan oil cleanser; Lancome's newest Genifique Nutrics Moisturizer which has the best and very unique..creamy texture I have never felt before..People call this "the cure for the Dry Skin"!!
  • People who have Oily Skin: Extra Oil? Makeup seems to slide around? Pores are enlarged? Often see the photographer's reflection from your nose and forehead?..but there's also good news: you're less likely to have fine lines and wrinkles. By using good skin care products which will help you get the oil under control. My recommendation: Bliss Fabulous Foaming Face Wash which is cleanser and exfoliator 2 in 1; boscia oil-free Daily Hydration SPF 15
  • People who have Combination Skin: Most common and complicated skin type! ..your skin is likely oilier and sometimes breaks out in T-zone: forehead, nose and chin?? and a little drier and normal on the cheeks? Don't worry! Good skin care products will help to balance things out.. My recommendation: Clarisonic Face Brush; Philosophy Purity Cleanser and Hope in A Jar (oil-free); ExfoliKate Intensive Exfoliating Treatment; B. KAMINS Matte Moisturizer SPF 15; Clarins UV PLUS SPF 40 (non oil base)
Beautiful makeup application comes from healthy skin!!
Before every makeup application, I usually spend a good amount of time to prep my client's skin.

The better the skin the less makeup you'll need, and the better you'll look.
Once the canvas is perfected flawlessly there is less need for eye and lip make-up. A radiant glow is considered much more attractive than an over made-up face.
